What are your shipping policies?
Except as otherwise stated in Product Descriptions, we ship anywhere in the United States. Sorry, we do not ship anywhere else at this time. However, our affiliates may ship outside the United States. Please check their websites to confirm.

Our products are normally in stock. Once in a while, an item can go on backorder. If this happens, we will email you. We will ship all other items right away, and we will ship the remaining item as soon as we receive it at no extra cost to you.
When your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you have not received this email, please contact us at service@footcarezone.com.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. All returned items must either have a manufacturer or material defect or be in original, new, and unopened condition. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Prior to returning an item, please email FootcareZone at service@footcarezone.comto receive an emailed return authorization. In your email request, list the order number, the item being returned and the reason for the return. Do not return your product until you have received an emailed return authorization with return instructions. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your return authorization will indicate where you need to send your return. What forms of payment do you accept?
At FootcareZone, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express Cards, Discover, and Paypal for payment. All payment information is encrypted for your protection.

Can I place a telephone order?
We currently only accept internet orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
You will be charged 5% Massachusetts sales tax if your order is shipped to Massachusetts.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
We do not currently offer gift certificates for FootcareZone products. However, we do offer Spa Finder gift certificates in our Spa Gift Section.
How are orders handled by your affliates?
The payment, shipping, return and other policies listed on footcarezone.com apply to all shipments sent directly by FootcareZone. Those are orders that you purchase in our FootcareZone shopping cart.
In order to offer a wider range of products that will be useful to you, we also work with affiilates like Spa Finder (for spa gifts), Amazon.com (for books), magazine.com (for subscriptions), and Vitacost (for vitamins and nutritional supplements). When you order spa gifts, books, medical guides, magazines, or vitamins, you will be placing your orders directly with our affiliates in their shopping carts through a linked gateway. Please review their ordering, payment, shipping, return, and other policies to confirm the details for those shipments, as those shipments will be handled separately from FootcareZone.
I can't see the photo images or other links to your affiliate stores. What should I do?
We use advertising banners as a tool to access our affiliates. Sometimes, your security settings in Internet Explorer can make it impossible to see (and use) thse links. If you would like to use the links (are unable to do so already), please follow these steps to adjust your system settings:
In Internet Explorer --
1) Click Tools on the IE menu bar (top of the screen)
2) Click Internet Options
3) Click Privacy
4) Click Edit under the Website box
5) In the Address of Website Box type: linksynergy.com (then hit Allow), then type linkshare.com (then hit allow)
6) Hit OK
7) Hit Ok on the next Box
8) Close out of all your browser windows and then reopen and try again.
